· Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for civil engineering projects in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

· Oversee the inspection and testing of construction materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards

· Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement

· Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance and quality control teams, including training and development initiatives

· Participate in project meetings and reviews to provide input on quality-related matters and contribute to decision-making processes

· Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to quality processes, non-conformances, and corrective actions

· Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in quality management to enhance project delivery and performance

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
