Job Overview:
Responsible for the proactive management and leadership of the medical practices related to outpatient policies, patient flow and throughput, access to medical care, and clinical initiatives across all outpatient medical areas at CSH.
Works collaboratively with the Section Chiefs and Directors of Outpatient Operations to support new clinical initiatives and improve access to patient care,

Essential Functions:
Continually evaluates and proactively makes changes in the ambulatory care and primary care process to improve services for internal and external customers, through quality and performance improvement initiativesSupports in fiscal planning and budgeting for the medical practices across all sites, including supply chain management for medical practices for new clinical initiativesLeads operational innovations for the medical sectionsEvaluates staff needs, space, and equipment and makes suggestions for positive changesEnsures regulatory readiness across the organizationCoordinates with PAS team to ensure template availability is maintained for medical staffDevelops and Monitor Statistics related to show rates, cancellations, site volumes, booked rateConducts Revenue Reconciliation for designated medical practicesWorks closely with AVP of Ambulatory, Section Chiefs, Directors of Outpatient Operations, and Director of Nursing to operationalize new clinical initiatives to increase accessLeads initiatives to improve patient satisfaction as seen in Google Reviews and Press Ganey SurveysResponsible for onboarding, interviewing, and performance reviews of staff assignedEstablishes and maintains consistency in the day to day operations of the medical practices across all sitesLeads onboarding of new medical staff along with admin support and section chiefsBenefits and Perks:
