**Job Title: Manager** **Job Description** You will be providing technical support and inspiration to our aftermarket team, customers, and potential customers. This role requires aircraft maintenance experience with knowledge of FAA regulations, including Part 45, Part 21, and Part 23, and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. **Responsibilities** + Monitor and answer technical support questions received from customers regarding products. + Review all set repair pricing for all repair stations and monitor repair activities at all locations. + Collect and analyze repair data and make recommendations on future needs. + Maintain the RMA process in Kansas and the manufacturing facility in West Virginia. + Monitor and maintain spares pools. + Work with the supply chain team to ensure stock flow between sites is efficient. + Maintain knowledge of FAA policies on repair shipments and STCs, and advise accordingly. + Assist the sales team with order processing. + Take ownership of internal and external training programs. + Review and monitor customer online forums. + Assist at customer shows and events, and maintain show equipment. + Provide assistance to mechanics according to the book, understanding aircraft and repairs. **Essential Skills** + FAA knowledge + Aircraft maintenance experience + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings + Experience with FAA regulations, including Part 45, Part 21, and Part 23 + Microsoft Office proficiency **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in multiple departments including mechanics, sales support, engineering, and installations + Managerial or supervisory experience + FAA certification + Aircraft mechanic or technician experience **Why Work Here?** We offer direct hire positions with benefits starting on day one.
