About the Role

Review monthly carpark revenue report to ensure report in order before submitting to KASM by the 5th day of each calendar month.To manage and generate monthly revenue report to Kallang Alive Sports Management Co. Pte Ltd on season and hourly parking transaction/collection from Bank Statement and appointed Car Park Management system report.To follow up on new season parking application includes GIRO application and deduction, cancellation or suspension.Daily settlement report checks for parking (Nets and LTA).Managing Soft services budget that includes monthly claims and other ad-hoc services.Work closely with soft services contractor to review technology or methods to improve service delivery.Participate in NEA Partnership Program to formulate feasible ideas and concept beneficial for Sports Hub operations.Propose and execute life cycle project to seek management approval, prepare project Scope of Work, evaluate tender submission, and prepare contract approval paper.Develop and maintain equipment assets register for the Venue and formulate an appropriate equipment replacement program that includes FF&E.To conduct an incident investigation and submit IR/IIR after identifying root cause with recommended corrective action in place.Perform any related duties as required and directed.Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
