Description
Prepares assigned journal entries and account reconciliations. Mentor, teach, supervise and assist Staff accountants. Regularly interacts with all levels of team members in operating departments and the Shared Services Center. Performs responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Provide information and reports to Management in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Responsible for the production of management reports, financial statements and other financial information. Prepare financial and statistical reports and balance sheet reconciliations ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. One (1) to Three (3) years of Accounting/Financial experience or related degree required. Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred. Oracle ERP and EPM experience preferred. Gaming and hotel experience preferred. Must have Excellent PC and excel skills. Strong organizational skills. Good decision making skills. Detail oriented, innovative, flexible and thorough task oriented. Can work independently with minimal direction. Must be flexible, able to handle multiple task, and establish priorities effectively. Must be able to obtain gamingwork card for the jurisdiction in which the property is located. Flexible working hours and schedule required. This is a hybrid position.
