The primary objective is to plan, organize, monitor, and drive implementation deliverables and process improvement initiatives related to month-end close and forecasting of results. **Connecting you to great benefits** + Hybrid Schedule In Office Monday – Thursday, Remote on Friday + Weekly Paychecks + Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays + Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) + 401(k) w/ Company Match + Stock Purchase Plan + Education Reimbursement + Legal Insurance + Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! **What you’ll do as an Accounting Manager** + Collaborate with subsidiaries for submission of monthly financial results, including providing ongoing customer service, support, and open communication with subsidiaries + Review and post adjusting journal entries including intercompany eliminations + Perform monthly SOX review of subsidiary submissions + Manage the annual goodwill impairment testing, including evaluation of market conditions and coordination with subsidiaries on future projections + Assist with the accounting for business combinations, including purchase price allocations and valuation of intangible assets + Review monthly proof of cash analysis & month end close binder + Research technical accounting guidance as needed to ensure compliance with GAAP and preparation of memos to document accounting decisions + Identify and execute process improvement projects + Assist with system implementations and internal control initiatives + Ad hoc assistance with due diligence in potential acquisition and / or special projects as directed by management + Will be required to work weekends as needed + All other duties as assigned **What you’ll need** + To be 18 years of age or older + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + 8+ years of relevant work experience, public accounting a plus + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required + Strong knowledge of GAAP and sound analytical skills + CPA license required. + Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Excel with demonstrated computer savvy + Experience with Oracle HFM, Hyperion Smartview, and Essbase a plus + Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Group Reporting, Analytics for Office a plus + Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize workflow **Why work with us** Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
