Job Description

Are you seeking a new opportunity as a Supported Living Manager to provide support to vulnerable adults with learning disability and complex needs?

Working for a reputable and progressive organisation who provide care and support to vulnerable people, we're seeking a skilled manager who is seeking a new challenge or a Deputy Manager ready for their next step up.

The role:

To provide effective leadership and management of a team of people to support adults with learning disability and complex needs for services in West Cumbria To coach and mentor and motivate your staff team, creating a positive culture where everyone can achieve their best.Develop & Implement care and support plans and be aware of with knowledge of all safeguarding issues.Offer excellent communication skills and encourage people to be innovative in their thinking and work to share ideas and support making decisions.Observe and assess staff performance and competenciesLiaise with the HR team, and adhere to legislative and contractual requirements.Adhere to the core values within the organisation creating positive, person centred and inclusive approach.
