Lead and oversee the review, design, and construction of airside civil infrastructure projects Ensure all the DGCA compliance Manage and mentor a team of civil engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles Collaborate and Coordinate with stakeholders. Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness Implement best practices for quality control and assurance in civil engineering processes Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and innovative construction methodologies Analysis of all the reports Ensure a strong focus on sustainability, resilience, and long-term asset management in civil infrastructure projects OpEx & CapEx projects of airside Pavement maintenance of airside

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience:

10-15 years of experience in civil engineering within the aviation industry. Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering airside civil projects. Proven experience in managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
