Position Summary Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 
Core Objectives in this role: Drive revenue growth at a Key Account, in partnership with onshore Client Partner, and offshore Delivery Leaders, by focusing on  
a. delivery excellence, leading to increased customer satisfaction 
b. strategic account management and business development 
Being successful in this role requires an attitude of ‘ownership’ of all aspects of a business. It entails working collaboratively in a matrix organization, with the full range of stakeholders: 
• Onshore client-facing partners 
• Delivery teams both onshore and offshore 
• Finance, Legal, Marketing 

Primary Activities: 

Program Management and Delivery Governance   Take ownership of all Deliveries for the key account, across service lines/ Lines of Business  Represent the ‘voice of the client’ in front of delivery teams  Serve as the glue between onshore-offshore, and across service lines/ Lines of Business  Anticipate and mitigate risks  Uncover new areas to add value to client’s business  Business Development Activities to grow existing the account  Account Strategy and Tactics  Drive to uncover cross-sell, up-sell opportunities  Proposal Writing (storyline, slides, documents)  Bid Management  Process Activities to ensure smooth financial and project operations  Drive efficiencies to achieve margin/realized rate targets  Track and follow-up on CRM opportunities, Active Projects  Prepare reports/decks: pipeline, revenue, profitability, invoicing

Key Technical Skills 

High proficiency in PPT, Excel  Ability to quickly understand different technology platforms/solutions at a high level, and analyze their pros and cons from a business perspective   Strong program management skills, to deliver under pressure, with minimal supervision   Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail  Education Work Experience
