Our location in **Lake Forest, IL,** currently has an opportunity for an **Analytics & Data Strategy Manager.** This role will generate and deliver analysis and insights, through advanced analytics, with the ability to translate technical aspects of analytics and metrics into actionable insights for stakeholders
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
+ Design and implement intelligence dashboards and reports for market measurement and forecast, for use within the business
+ Bridge tech expertise of data engineers/scientists with operational expertise of marketing and business
+ Elevate knowledge of analytics, tech expertise and innovative approaches within the organization
**SKILLS YOU'LL BRING**
Project & Change Management
+ Ability to work in cross-functional teams to define business objectives and requirements for complex data analysis/data science projects
+ Experience in navigating change and driving and motivating teams through transformation
+ Strong influence skills and ability to work successfully with business and technical peers and cross-functions
Analytics & Insights Know-how
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends from large datasets, designing and implementing complex data models
+ Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Proficient in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics tools and in contributing to development of complex metrics, data modeling and visualizations such as Jupyter notebooks and Power BI
+ Proficient in statistical analysis and AI/ML predictive analytics modeling (e.g., regression, clustering, random forest) to apply to business questions
+ Proficient in advanced analytics tools (e.g., PySpark, SparkSQL, Scala, R) and experienced in driving ML/AI uses cases for data analysis, predictive modeling and automation of workflows
Data Management
+ Proficiency in data architecture design and modeling techniques, such as Entity-Relationship (ER) diagrams and dimensional modeling
+ Experience with database querying languages (e.g., SQL), ETL tools, data integration methods, and data warehousing principles
+ Experience with cloud technologies and services for data storage, processing, and analytics, such as Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics and Fabric
+ Experience in developing and executing key data strategy and governance elements including but not limited to data privacy, integrity, quality to taxonomy
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING**
+ Bachelor’s Degree: Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Quantitative Analysis, Business Analytics, Strategy, Math, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
+ 8+ years of combined experience in consulting, business/data analytics, market research, or finance.
+ Min 5 yrs. of Business domain knowledge of healthcare and preferably diagnostics industry.
+ Understands data origination at source in the US and global healthcare systems such as claims processing, diagnostics process, CPT-10 standards.
+ Understands importance of scalable data architecture for build robust data and insights capabilities.
+ Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve business performance
+ Experienced in and understanding of key operational metrics of businesses and their impact on P&L, revenue and customer retention etc.
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:**
+ Master's degree especially in business-related field is preferred.
+ 15 or more years of related experience is preferred.
+ 5 years of business domain in healthcare or diagnostics preferred.

The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 – $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
