Position Summary

The position is responsible for developing meaningful analysis and reports based on salary data, market intelligence, market survey and staff cost budget/actual information. Generates Sales Incentive Scheme analytic related to scheme design, effectiveness, enhancement and also assists with quarterly sales incentive payment calculation. Build up analysis or toolkit for the HR management and other team members to better understand the business and for decision markings.

Primary Responsibility

• Compile complex analyses of C&B data or related scenarios (Program Design, Annual Salary Review, Bonus, and etc.)
• Assist with quarterly sales incentive payment calculation and compilation to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Generate analytic to review Incentive Scheme effectiveness and support management approval seeking on any new scheme or current scheme enhancement
• Support annual budgeting exercise (on C&B related staff cost) including budget assumptions, forecast, management reporting 
• Prepare report and analysis to keep track on the effectiveness of C&B Programs
• Provide monthly staff costs forecast for Finance
• Perform job matching and data submissions for market surveys, compile and analyze market survey data and pay competitiveness 
• Develop and train other HR team members in using analytical tools or reports
• Assist VP and AVP on ad-hoc projects, tasks and/or assignments as and when required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management/Finance or relevant discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 3 years at managerial level
• Experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role, is essential
• Highly analytical and numerate, with the ability to investigate, conceptualize and evaluate potential opportunities to support business strategies
• Advanced Excel skills are essential, and knowledge of SAP HCM is desirable 
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
