Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing (SMS) is one of America’s top-five non-bank mortgage-servicing companies. What is mortgage servicing? Our clients are businesses that own mortgage loans (such as banks and real estate investment firms). On their behalf, we manage (or “service”) their loan portfolios, which means that we collect homeowners’ mortgage payments, pay their tax and insurance bills, and help homeowners in default to get current.
The Manager, Application Development will manage day to day responsibilities for the implementation on, maintenance, development and enhancement of enterprise applications including but not limited to Office 365, Active Directories, server monitoring, and Citrix. With regard to the applications, incumbent will manage the functional and detail design requirements documentation, programming languages, change management, and quality assurance processes. Collaborate with others to produce the appropriate documentation, estimates, and other artifacts to complete work on time, within budget, and within scope. Manage, train, mentor and guide staff.
