Support Regional lead and execute for architectural design and planning for Real Estate projects in the region/project.

 

 

Operational:

Preparation of layout drawings and details. Developing the Design model and planning of the project with the contents of the project, parameters to be set, appropriate studies and report preparation for the project Identifying consulting Architects for the said project and providing relevant scope of work.Micro Level detailing and working for the project in terms of functionality and execution on architectural as well operational terms and implement new ideas wherever possible and feasible with appropriate conceptualization and under consultation with expert consultants on board.Scrutinizing all coordinated drawings shared by all consultants (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Facade) before being sent to project team.Co-ordinating with various in-house departments like Liaison, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, etc to provide all necessary information for the said projectStudy and approve the Structural and MEP Services working and approve them as per Project design requirement to pursue best of output and finalize the same with appropriate value engineering solutions.Project monitoring and project progress reports on frequent basisTo foresee and resolve issue related to project design and ensure feasibility.

 

Financial:

Adhere to regional AOP w.r.t to expense and revenue and highlight deviationsSupervising projects with respect to budgeted cost and time overruns to ensure timely executionDriving Cost Reduction initiatives through negotiating with vendors, efficient control of cost drivers and value engineering

12+ years of work experience with design architect within real estate development industry. Experience with Architect Consultants preferred.
