SEC Energy is a single-source provider of natural gas compression equipment, parts and services to all segments of the oil & gas industry. From 50 to 10,000 horsepower, gas, electric or dual drive, SEC is capable of designing and fabricating equipment to meet each customer’s specific operating requirements. SEC also provides production, processing, and treating equipment, and an expansive network of warehouses that service locations across the United States. SEC capabilities expand beyond tradition manufacturing to further include turnkey engineering services, truck-based service technicians, manufacturer parts, and power generation equipment.
Summary:
Manages Mid-con region field and shop service area that performs on and off-site routine and call out services including installation, maintenance, and repair.

High school diploma or GED Minimum of 8+ years natural gas compression industry experience. In-depth knowledge of natural gas engine and compressor frames. Caterpillar and Ariel Certification preferred. Previous customer-facing management experience preferred. Software Knowledge: SAP, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe. Ability to learn other software in use. Ability to manage field services area and successfully lead direct reports to increase efficiency, production quality and volume. Able to apply principles and techniques to accomplish goals. Ability to plan and oversee all overhaul, repairs and maintenance of engines, compressors, pumps, turbines, and motors. Demonstrated communication (both written and verbal) skills Ability to create and maintain on-going relationships with customers and other external parties to develop business for the area. Ability to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner Ability to handle both internal and external problems and facilitate successful outcomes. Performs other functions/duties as required to meet customer and company requirements.
