Job Purpose and ImpactThe Manager - Assessment, Competency and Career Framework will establish Cargill’s assessment strategy and ensure that all selection and development assessments used in Cargill are aligned to this strategy. In this role, you will create the strategy and design Cargill’s Competency Framework and govern any technical competency frameworks developed in the organization. You will also design the necessary framework, tools, templates for the Cargill Career Framework. You will develop a deployment plan and oversee execution of the frameworks that are within this scope as well as solicit quantitative and qualitative feedback from key stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement across our Assessment, Competency and Career practices.
Key Accountabilities Define Cargill Assessment Strategy, develop and consult on the development of all assessments used in Cargill (selection, development, L&D) and partner with the global leads and other essential teams to improve manager and HR capabilities.Develop Competency and Career Management strategies, frameworks, tools, and processes and govern the deployment of those frameworks in the organization. Partner with the total rewards teams to ensure integration of the Competency Framework in the Job Architecture and Job profiles.Partner with key teams to simplify tools, processes and technology to ensure high adoption of practice across the company.Own, define and deploy a capability building plan in partnership with the key HR Stakeholders to build manager and HR capabilities in the processes in scope. Develop a deployment plan and oversee execution, solicit quantitative and qualitative feedback from key stakeholders to be leveraged for continuous improvement.Establish definitions and indicators for our Cargill Values & Behaviors in alignment with our Cargill 2030 Culture strategy. Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.Other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceConfirmed experience designing, developing and executing talent management processes in a corporate environmentMinimum of six years of related work experiencePreferred Qualifications
