Job Description:
Participate throughout the compensation payment process for multi-distribution channels. Responsible for all aspects contributing to the accuracy of compensation payments within the defined timeframe.
Monitor Validation and Review Regular Compensation Settlement (30%)
Implement administration policies to monitor the validation and settlement generated by the compensation systemEnsure accurate deliverables on distribution payment and clawbackDevelop Risk Control Measures (20%)
Lead the development of risk control measuresReview compensation manual, work procedures and contingency plansEnsure compliance with internal and external rules and regulationsSupport Recruitment and Compensation Packages (20%)
Lead the team to support new agency recruitment packagesOversee the implementation of revamped compensation, and bouses schemesStakeholder Communication (10%)
Communicate with stakeholders to share findings on enquiries and appeal casesFinancial Reporting (10%)
Prepare and submit monthly accrual & amortization reports to internal customers in FinancePeople Management (5%)
Lead a team of channel compensationAd Hoc Projects (5%)
