2) Providing a robust and clear perspective to audit committees and

Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Your key responsibilities
Financial Accounting and Reporting Excellence
Technical experience, including understanding of accounting principles and reporting and regulatory experience
Expert knowledge of IFRS or Ind AS and Indian accounting standards
Extensive hands–on experience in the following areas:
Drafting and designing accounting policies
Technical accounting research and advisory
Consolidation and compilation support
Financial statement close process support
Prepare deliverables tailored to client needs
Training, coaching, and supervising junior staff as well as monitoring staff availability, chargeability and supporting the development of less utilised staff
Supervise engagement teams including delegation and review work performed
Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback and coaching. Lead by example
Establish and maintain relationship with client management
Prepare proposals and realize business development plans through a strong professional network
Providing quality assurance and monitoring risks, managing assignment teams and third parties
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
5–8 years of post–qualification experience in assurance or finance roles
Candidates with prior Big 10 experience would be an added advantage
Audit or business experience in financial statement close or the application of accounting standards
Impeccable client relationship skills
A dedication to teamwork and leadership
Experience
5 to 6 years of post-qualification experience with either a mid or top-tier accounting firm, focused on statutory audit-related matters or an MNC or a large domestic Indian company.
