The Manager of ATI will lead a team dedicated to defining and overseeing the enhancement lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing iteration. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, a passion for process improvement, and the capacity to drive organizational change. The successful candidate will not only execute the vision but also promote continuous improvement to optimize team performance and define strategic processes. About Our Team

Our collective team focuses on ensuring that products and services are delivered effectively and efficiently to meet business goals.  Program Delivery involves coordinating and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This team works closely with stakeholders to align on objectives and monitor progress.  Product Management is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Product managers collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure that the product meets market needs and customer expectations.  Business Systems Analysis (BSA) involves analyzing business processes and systems to identify improvements and ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals. BSAs work to gather and document requirements, facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, and support the implementation of solutions.  Together, these functions ensure that products are not only developed according to specifications but also delivered in a way that maximizes value for the organization and its customers.

What You'll Do:

Team Leadership & Development:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, providing guidance on best practices in product management, strategy, and execution.Cultivate a performance-oriented, collaborative culture while fostering professional growth for team members.Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.Strategy & Roadmap:Develop and execute strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and market needs.Own and prioritize the roadmap to reflect short-term opportunities and long-term vision.Leverage market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to guide product decisions and create competitive advantages.Process Improvement & Change Management:Evaluate and refine existing Define processes to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and increase product delivery speed.Implement agile and lean methodologies to streamline workflows, ensure continuous iteration, and optimize time-to-market.Champion and lead change initiatives across the Define team to drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence.Develop metrics and KPIs to measure and track the impact of process improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless development and launch.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to gather input, share progress, and manage expectations.Serve as a change agent within the company to drive cross-departmental initiatives that foster innovation and improved experiences.Define Lifecycle Management:Oversee the full Define lifecycle, from ideation to development, launch, and continuous improvement.Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.Continuously monitor performance using data and KPIs to make informed decisions on future iterations.Customer-Centric Focus:Ensure that decisions are guided by customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.Partner with customer success and support teams to identify pain points and areas for enhancement.Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall experience.Resource Management:Identify and propose solutions to resource constraints and ensure optimal utilization of the team’s skills and capacities.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or equivalent years of experience5+ years of experience in product management, or Business Analysis with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of managing define process through the full lifecycle (concept to launch).Experience driving process improvements and leading change management initiatives.Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.Exceptional ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead organizational change.A results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Trello).Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in scaling products and managing growth in dynamic environments.Knowledge of agile, lean, or other iterative product development methodologies.Demonstrated success in leading process improvements that resulted in significant operational efficiency gains.

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

$111,000.00 - $169,000.00
