Manager Behavioral Health provides leadership at the clinical level in the implementation and oversight of integrated behavioral health and in development of a training program.  While working closely with the team of Behavioral Health Specialists, the position also partners with Medical Directors, Director of Population Health, Integrated Service Leads, and Clinic Managers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of quality patient care services as it relates to integrated behavioral health and population health.

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree Social Work, Counseling or related field Or equivalent educ/experienceUpon hire: Washington Mental Health Counselor License OrUpon hire: Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License OrUpon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License 5 years Clinical experience in area of clinical specialty3 years Clinical supervisory, management or resource experience in the assigned technical or professional area or equivalent relevant experience
