BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health Services to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Winter Haven!

 

The Manager of Behavioral Health Services is responsible for:

Oversee the provision of services for the various product lines within the division. Possesses understanding of the administrative, regulatory, clinical and fiscal aspects of the services offered. 

*Travel required. Functions as a Treating Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts. Will perform other duties as assigned.

Required Certification/License:

LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work), or RN - Required

Required Education:

Master's in Psychology, Mental Health, or related field 

Experience:

5 years Behavioral Health. - Required 2 years Manager role in related field - Preferred
