Position Summary

Axtria is seeking an experienced IDMC Implementation ETL Architect to manage and execute comprehensive data management and governance projects. Candidate must have extensive hands-on experience with IDMC and a strong background in ETL jobs / processes, data governance, data cataloging, data quality frameworks, business rules implementation, data profiling, data ingestion, data processing, and data integration within Databricks.

Job Responsibilities

Data Governance and Management:

Establish data governance policies, standards, and procedures. Maintain a comprehensive data catalog using IDMC. Develop and enforce data quality frameworks. Apply business rules for data transformation and validation. Lead IDMC implementation in governance projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes.

Technical Implementation:

Lead ETL process implementation and maintenance. Conduct data profiling to understand data structures and lineage. Design and manage data ingestion pipelines. Perform efficient data processing using Databricks. Ensure seamless data integration across platforms.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams. Provide technical guidance and mentorship. Conduct regular project status meetings. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address issues. Optimize data processes for efficiency, scalability, and reliability Education BE/B.TechMaster of Computer ApplicationWork Experience Minimum of 12 years of experience in data management and data governance. Proven hands-on experience with ETL processes, Informatica IDMC (Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud). Strong expertise in data governance, data catalog, data quality frameworks, and data integration. Experience in implementing data solutions in Databricks. Prior experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus. Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices. Experience with data profiling, data quality management, and business rules implementation. Proficient in SQL, Python, and other relevant programming languages. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies.
