Responsibilities:
Manage, administer, and support key programs that support sales results within retail sales locations. Document program process steps and continually review existing procedures to meet the changing needs of the department and/or technology. Be a liaison with corporate and retail sales contacts or act in advisory capacity for assigned programs. Collaborate with supervisor and Sales/Operations leadership to analyze and evaluate program effectiveness. Support various data collection and analysis initiatives that identify gaps in Sales Effectiveness. Recommend improvements to key stakeholders. Document processes for each program and ensure awareness between departments. Communicate process improvement to retail network as required. Prepare, analyze, and present program results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
2-4 years' related experience Associate degree (Business Management, Accounting or Business Administration). Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience with CRM software, data analysis, and related software is preferred. Occasional travel (0-5%) Occasional overnight stays (0-5%) Good communication, good computer skills, including strong analytical skills. Innate desire to be curious and dig for solutions to complex problems preferred.
