The Manager of Brand Marketing Strategy will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across the Coldwell Banker brand and be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of strategic initiatives within the Coldwell Banker brand marketing team. This role reports directly to the Director, Agent Marketing and has exposure across all functions of the marketing team and involvement with Coldwell Banker Realty and agency partners through partnered programs.
Working within the Coldwell Banker brand marketing team, the Manager of Brand Marketing Strategy will partner with other marketing departments to coordinate brand efforts and build awareness, improve results and execute on marketing efforts across Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury programs. He/she will work as part of cross-functional teams and will bring experience and passion for a blend of project leadership, strategic development, analytics, project management, process management, and reporting.
This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities include:
· Developing Operational & Creative Efficiencies
o Perform a combined role of project leader and project manager, shepherding projects through a process while leading and overseeing their content and ensuring timely execution
o Develop and maintain annual Coldwell Banker content calendar, working with team members to ensure timely execution and leading calls with key stakeholders to provide updates and collect feedback on content needs for the network.
o Development and implementation of standardized project plans, collaborating with project owners and stakeholders to identify project goals, timelines, milestones, responsibilities and risks.
o Regular interaction with brand operations and Coldwell Banker Realty field teams to analyze how marketing programs and tactics are being executed locally.
o Support contract and invoice management with third-party vendors as needed.
· Branding
o Review branding compliance requests and maintain brand identity standards for Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury and Coldwell Banker Commercial
o Work with other brand marketing team members and the Coldwell Banker Events Team to develop and execute branding
strategies at national Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, and Coldwell Banker Commercial events, including attendee experiences, design themes, promotional materials, sponsor & exhibitor opportunities, and more.
o Execute strategies which support cohesiveness and deliver elevated content creative across Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, and Coldwell Banker Commercial
o Design and deliver brand presentations to the Coldwell Banker network, both in-person and virtually (commonly using Canva).
· Reporting
o Establish a regular cadence of strategic plan reporting as it pertains to major projects, program/content engagement and KPIs.
o Develop and maintain a content audit report for Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury and Coldwell Banker Commercial
Required skills:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Master’s degree a plus
· 5 years of marketing or a combination of marketing and project management experience required, with a focus in content collateral development, branding and events
· Proven experience in creating strategic short-term and long-term plans
· Proficient with Canva and Office 365 suite of products especially Teams, PPT, and Excel (knowledge of pivot tables required)
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and can effectively communicate across multiple platforms with demonstrated relationship building skills
· Ability to effectively present information to clients, employees and organization leadership
· The ability to think strategically and execute tactically with an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset·
· Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%
