**What´s the role?**
As a Manager, Analytics & Business Intelligence, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making at LCPR. This role involves helping implement LCPR’s Analytics strategy, overseeing our data architecture, and building and running Business Intelligence (BI) tools to deliver insights from data, in a way that is easily digestible by internal collaborators. As an individual contributor and leader, you will need to roll up your sleeves to create BI deliverables, while also leading a small team of analysts to deliver dashboards and visualizations to other functional areas.
**How can you add value?**
+ Support execution of LCPR’s Analytics strategy to enhance our existing capabilities, aligned with long-term and short-term objectives
+ Identify improvement opportunities in LCPR’s operations that can be addressed using analytics-based solutions
+ Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to gather requirements for BI solutions, prioritize deliverables, and effectively communicate outcomes and trade-offs
+ Experiment with and promote the adoption of emerging tools and methodologies to ensure compliance with best-in-class BI practices
+ Develop and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making for vital team members
+ Conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of data flows within the business, using data visualizations and reports to streamline critical business processes
+ Develop a BI roadmap to transition from traditional reporting and descriptive analysis towards more sophisticated BI and descriptive analytics solutions
+ Automate processes, proactively audit data, and enable self-service reporting for other functional areas
+ Collaborate with corporate BI & IT teams and systems’ data owners to ensure alignment to data sources, data pipelines, and data hosting and processing technologies
+ Provide operational support to corporate BI & IT teams for implementing a centralized Data Lake as the ‘single source of truth’ for all reporting needs in LCPR
+ Establish and maintain robust data governance practices to enhance data accuracy and accessibility
+ Continuously monitor the performance and usage of existing BI solutions and proactively address any data discrepancies and issues
+ Map and document existing data sources, define and standardize data dictionaries, to ensure scalability in our data architecture and alignment to LLA’s data practices
+ Ensure adherence to LLA’s data privacy standards and security policies, reinforcing our commitment to secure data use
+ Lead and mentor a dedicated team of resources to design, maintain and optimize BI dashboards and visualizations
+ Lead by example, in promoting BI transformation within other functional areas across the organization
+ Support training and development of the broader LCPR team to enhance our BI and Data Analytics capabilities
+ Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America's policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.

**What do you need?**
**Education** **and/or** **Experience:**
Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance or other quantitative field
5-8 years of experience building operational reports and developing BI tools using software such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.
Experience with Business Intelligence projects
Proficiency in SQL scripting
Ability to structure, analyze, and contextualize vast, unstructured or incomplete data in the context of business problems and drive business impact
**Other Qualifications:**
+ Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
+ Experience in telecommunications or large-scale enterprise data environments is a plus
+ Ability to optimize database performance, queries, and ETL processes
+ Programming in Python and/or R nice to have
+ Experience with cloud-based data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery, and familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
+ Familiarity with big data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, and others is a plus
+ Awareness of data encryption, masking, and compliance standards
+ Proven ability to work autonomously as well as establish cross-functional working relationships
