We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Business Development/Sales
professional with an engineering background to lead sales and business growth for building repair and maintenance projects. This role involves working closely with clients, understanding their technical requirements, and delivering innovative solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients in residential, commercial, and industrial building sectors.Identify and develop new business opportunities in the repair and maintenance sector for buildings (commercial, industrial, and residential).Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.Analyse market trends to identify growth areas and align services with client needs.Develop and nurture client relationships to secure repair and
maintenance contracts.Analyse market trends to propose innovative solutions and services.

2. Sales & Proposal Management:

Prepare and present proposals and quotations for repair and maintenance projects.Conduct site visits and assessments to gather project-specific data for accurate cost estimation and and feasibility studies to assess client requirements.Negotiate terms, contracts, pricing and close deals with a focus on high-value projects and long-term contracts with clients to achieve business objectives.Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and cost-effective solutions.

3. Project Coordination:

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project feasibility and technical alignment with client needs.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain client satisfaction.Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Act as a liaison between the client and project teams to ensure smooth execution.Provide post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Technical Expertise:

Leverage engineering knowledge to suggest cost-effective and technically sound solutions for repair and maintenance works (e.g., civil works, HVAC, electrical repairs).Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and best practices.


5. Reporting & Documentation & Forecasting :

Maintain a database of clients, projects, and proposals for reporting and future business development.Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.Maintain detailed records of sales, proposals, and client interactions using CRM tools.Provide periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.

Experience Required:

3–7 years in business development/project sales, preferably in facility management or building solutions

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
