Position Summary
The Manager of Cardiopulmonary Services is responsible for all elements of the department, including: budgeting, scheduling, meeting quality and productivity goals, and resource utilization. In addition, the manager is responsible for providing basic advanced Respiratory Care services to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in all patient care settings (Inpatient, Outpatient, and Emergency).The Manager also assures processes are in place and effective for: inventory supply management, billing, payroll, and other administrative concerns. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.
Requirements
Bachelors degree preferably in a health related field or management; master’s degree preferred. In some cases an AA Degree in Respiratory Care with six years of direct experience may be substituted Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Washington Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) required Three years experience in Respiratory Care required Three years of supervisory experience. Supervisory experience in Respiratory Therapy in an acute care setting preferred Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required CPR required Previous clinical experience in Respiratory Care preferred Ability to demonstrate Respiratory Care competencies requiredOur Values

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $99,549.00 - $143,229.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
