You will become a key member of the Full Service brand team made up of industry experts and influencers in the domains of hospitality, branding, brand management, product innovation, owner relations, wellness, and more. As a Manager Category Management, Full Service, reporting to the VP of All Inclusive and Resorts, you will support the team that leads our brands with the goal of strengthening and growing our Full Service brands and resort category.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nAs a Manager Category Management, Full Service, you will work with the Full Service category team and will support the team with implementing brand strategies designed to position the brands and category for long-term success. This will include supporting the planning, execution, governance, project management, and communication of important brand initiatives and you will work with teams across the world to achieve the completion of brand priorities.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nPartner with the Full Service category team to project manage defined brand priorities and initiatives.\nSupport category/enterprise initiatives including the future of Full Service, resort strategy, and customer promise.\nAssist with Brand and Category Positioning activation and coordination with regional teams.\nHelp manage category brand portfolio quality, tracking, and governance (Openings, renovations, terminations) in coordination with brand teams.\nPlan and prepare data, presentations, and briefs for internal and external meetings.\nManage quarterly brand material updates (brand health, development, sales, and online brand channels).\nSupport Global Brand and Category Leaders with planning and managing external meetings and follow-ups.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nCollaborate with Marketing, Regional Brand Management, Brand Personality, Operations, and Team Member Communications teams on the activation of the Brand and Category Positioning, Pillars, Tone of Voice, and Service Behaviors.\nPartner with Owner Relations, Brand Performance Support, and Quality Assurance on the execution of service quality initiatives.\nWork with Brand Operations, Architecture, Design & Construction teams on brand product & portfolio quality management.\nRepresent the Full Service and resort category in areas of Brand Standards, Quality Assurance, Openings, Renovations, Hotel Leaders Support, Owner Relations, Development, and Sales.\n\nWhat initiatives you will take ownership of:
\n\nQuarterly management and updates of Full Service category materials, including development, product quality, brand health, and Hilton Worldwide Sales prioritizing Signia by Hilton, Resort Category, and our HGV partnership.\nSupport Brand Positioning deployment, including brand programs, pillars, and service behaviors.\nProvide support in leading and driving performance against goals.\nCategory Portfolio Quality and Service tracking, management, and governance.\nManage resources and channels that define the image of the full-service brands and resort category across multiple channels, internal and external.\nSupport global category leaders and brand leaders with preparations for meetings with Hilton leaders, owners, and operators.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nFive (5) years of professional experience\nAbility to master internal Hilton applications powered by Salesforce, Qualtrics, and MicroStrategy\nHigh comfort level with research, data, and analysis: Ability to work with and qualitative data, draw conclusions, insights, and formulate recommendations\nAdvanced proficiency with Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams applications\nAbility to travel up to 30% (domestic and occasionally international)\nMcLean office based\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nBA/BS Bachelor’s degree or on-the-job equivalent experience\nMBA or Graduate degree\nTwo (2) years of experience developing and working with project management, building business cases, gaining internal/external support, and driving the implementation of programs\nThree (3) years of developing annual plans, narratives, project planning, forecasts, and strategic roadmaps for large enterprises\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
