Responsible for Manpower Planning in Cell Line related to cell process to support smooth and safe cell manufacturing operation. Responsible to develop process control procedures (CTQ) for each process steps and preparing MQP Responsible to monitor process control charts (day to day) and instruct shift process engineers to maintain the performance parameters under control Responsible to prepare necessary SOP, work instructions for all measurement tools of Four Probe, EL, and Life time scanner, Core scan tester. Design DOE for cell efficiency improvement Root cause /FMEA / SPC / 7 QC tools analysis of process/Production/Quality Issues associated with Cell Production line Preparation of Process MIS and Analysis on CTQ Parameters and Cell performance. Prepare training materials to train shop floor Operators for all corrective and preventive actions for related process issues Responsible for maintain ISO documents and TQM Concept on Shop Floor Basic Semiconductor Knowledge and Interest on learn/adaptation of New Solar Cell Technologies. Knowledge on quality control method Knowledge an analytical solutions for process problem  and analytical tools like Minitab, JMP etc., Manpower handling skills Should have hands-on experience on  Solar Cell process  Manage relationships with internal senior stakeholders. Responsible for Shop Floor Discipline Should be result oriented person. Complete the undersigned targets within given time schedule  Should be interested in learning and development.  Lead necessary performance projects and design responsibilities for individual team members (sr engineers) for business development
