The Client Change Practice is a global group within Technology Servicing & Solutions Delivery that is responsible for the management and execution of client initiatives stemming from a change in service.

It is a rapidly growing area with visibility into varying teams across the Asset Servicing division with global operations in APAC, EMEA and North America.

The group works closely with clients, technology, operations, relationship management, client implementations and product to deliver effective change management. 

The group is responsible for portfolio/programme management as well as business consultancy brought about by strategic direction, client’s changes, industry regulations and operational efficiency directives.

The Manger, Client Change Practice-UK role will be responsible for managing the Client Change Practice team in London (UK) and will work closely with client servicing teams to define services provided to new or existing clients.

Additional responsibilities include:

Responding to existing client change requests and upgrades post implementation. Consulting on the functions ability to meet client requirements and set appropriate expectations.Carrying out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues.Displaying a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.Conducting performance management and career development processes, provides input for staffing and disciplinary actions with a clear lens on coaching.Organising the work, setting short-term priorities, monitoring all activities, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of the work and team deliverable.Overseeing a variety of large and complex client projects, providing guidance and leadership to Business Partners and Consultants.Providing input and support to budget management process.Serving as a point of escalation for clients and internal partners, displaying sound emotional intelligence to remediate the situation.Responsible for the growth of the group in line with operational demand.Utilising data to enhance team efficiencies, evolving the group with the business needs.

The ideal candidate should have a fair amount of the following qualities:

In-depth functional and Industry Knowledge.Proven leadership and organisational skills to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.Significant experience managing large programmes of change for clients or Sr. sponsors.Excellent communication skills; verbal, non-verbal and written.Prior experience establishing, building and maintaining strong and effective working relationship at all levels across the organisation and externally to clients.Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
