Manager - Client Policy and Operations Support

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide legal research, guidance, advice, leadership, and training to project staff, ensuring compliance with all project and client policies/procedures, laws, and regulations.

- Interact with the client regarding case decisions.

- Guide teams to ensure all major client/legal requirements are met and relevant documents are captured accurately.

- Provide self-directed legal support to the project leadership.

- Process and resolve high profile and complex cases.

- Manage direct reports, including hiring, setting monthly individual/team goals, and evaluating employee performance.

- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-orientated work environment.- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and communication skills.- Work across multiple systems, such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office products.- Demonstrate good standing with the state agency that licenses, registers, or otherwise regulates attorneys in the state(s) in which they practice.- Experience in matters related to healthcare billing and healthcare reimbursement required.- Must be trained by the American Arbitration Association or the American Health Law Association and be able to provided evidence of this training's completion. Minimum Requirements

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school required.

- 3-5 years of related professional experience.

- Knowledge of and experience working with explanation of benefits and claim forms highly preferred.- Experience working with the FAIR Health platform preferred.- Familiar with Surprise Billing regulations, rules, and policies; and claims Arbitration procedures/practices preferred.- Ability to work a schedule between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm EST Monday - Friday required.

Home Office Requirements:- Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required / 50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)- Minimum 5mpbs upload speed- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router- Private work area and adequate power source- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
