JOB SUMMARY

This is a HYBRID position that requires traveling to the Administration building (Dallas) and various specialty clinics in the BSW service regions (as needed). 

\n

The Float Pool Clinic Operations Manager 1 coordinates all activities in physician offices, clinics or other areas that help patients to ensure high quality, patient-centered care and compliance with established policies, procedure and standards.

\n

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

\n\nManages daily activities in a physician office, clinic or other patient care facility to ensure efficient office operations.\nCoordinates staffing, coverage and procedures to ensure needs of the facility are met in a timely and effective manner.\nDevelops, reviews, revises, submits and implements policies, procedures, and priorities for practice that are aligned to the organization's targets.\nCommunicates with various departments to coordinate services, resolve operational problems, and improve quality of patient care.\nPlans, organizes, and leads effective meetings to achieve desired outcomes.\nProvides information to physicians, community groups, and referral agencies about programs provided by practices.\nInterviews, selects, trains, supervises, evaluates, counsels, and recommends termination of assigned employees.\nApproves and contributes to in-service education programs for assigned team members.\nSubmits invoices to accounts payable, monitors cash collections, and coordinates accounts receivable management.\nInvestigates, resolves and documents resolution of patient complaints.\n\n
