The Clinical Ambulatory Manager will provide oversight of the Primary Care Clinic - Glendale, located in Indianapolis, IN. This manager will lead approximately 20 direct reports, including 2 team leads. They will assist in the vision and execution of this busy clinic’s strategic plan, including program development, change management, and implementation. This role is accountable for advancing nursing practice by advocating and consistently embedding evidenced-base practices and professional nursing standards.
Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN). If bachelor degree not in nursing, must have Master of Nursing (MSN). Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
