Under the general direction of the Director, Laboratory, remains responsible for planning, coordinating and directly supervising the activities of the Laboratory department in accordance with Providence philosophy, objectives, policies, procedures and standards; Promotes safety, fosters change and teamwork to ensure constructive relationships and growth, while maintaining a positive and professional image when interacting with patients, their families, physicians, employees and general public.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Health Science from an accredited educational institution. Upon hire: National Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology - American Board of Pathology Or Upon hire: National Board Certified in Clinical Pathology - American Board of Pathology Or Upon hire: National Certification from American Society for Clinical Pathology 7 years laboratory experience. 3 years Laboratory management/leadership experience.Preferred Qualifications:
