**Description** The Manager, Clinical Pastoral Education is a member of the Spiritual Health Services Team providing holistic ministry, which addresses spiritual, religious, emotional and sacramental needs of patients, families, and staff. The primary responsibility of this position is the ministerial supervision and training of students (residents, interns, and other students) in the CPE program. In this regard the Manager, Clinical Pastoral Education oversees all aspects of the CPE program and supervises participants selected for the program. Working together with the CPE Advisory Committee (also known as Professional Advisory Group), the Manager, Clinical Pastoral Education ensures that the standards of ACPE (Association of Clinical Pastoral Educators) are applied in all aspects of the program.
