**Description**
The Manager, Clinical Pastoral Education is a member of the Spiritual Health Services Team providing holistic ministry, which addresses spiritual, religious, emotional and sacramental needs of patients, families, and staff. The primary responsibility of this position is the ministerial supervision and training of students (residents, interns, and other students) in the CPE program. In this regard the Manager, Clinical Pastoral Education oversees all aspects of the CPE program and supervises participants selected for the program. Working together with the CPE Advisory Committee (also known as Professional Advisory Group), the Manager, Clinical Pastoral Education ensures that the standards of ACPE (Association of Clinical Pastoral Educators) are applied in all aspects of the program.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Master's Degree in Divinity or equivalent
+ Completion of Phase One of ACPE certification
+ Established supervisory relationship with ACPE Certified Educator if not completed with Phase Two of ACPE certification
+ Certification as ACPE Educator within two years of hire date
+ Within 3 years of hire National Chaplain Certification
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Completion of Phase Two of ACPE certification
+ 5 years CPE Certified Educator

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
