The Manager Community Health Investment Programs is responsible for planning; developing, coordinating, and measuring ministry community benefit efforts. Ensures that all Community Benefit efforts are addressing an identified community need, as well as coordinates the completion of the CHNA. This role provides oversight over the community benefit programs in the ministry and ensures they are aligned with the community health needs assessment and all interventions are supported by evidence and evaluated for effectiveness. Also responsible for educating Board members and leadership about community benefit efforts along with the responsibility of developing approaches for overall reporting of Community Benefit to the community in general. They will also be active with community partners and participate in collaboratives and ensure alignment with system strategy.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Public health or related field or equivalent education/experience 6 years of Operationalizing community health programs. Leadership experience. Experience working with low income, diverse, and vulnerable populations.Why Join Providence?
