Manager Compensation and HRIS

Position Summary:
Manages the design, implementation, maintenance and analysis of system-wide Compensation and Human Resources Information Systems policies and programs.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
+ Compensation Management – market analysis, annual increases, compensation forecasting, new position configuration. Work collaboratively with payroll regarding employee pay issues and changes/development of pay policies.
+ Human Resources Information Systems Administration and Processing – manage the configuration of the HR, timekeeping, scheduling, system security and interface connections.
+ Lead the business intelligence and analytic development/reporting for all HR applications.
+ Lead Performance Management process. Oversee the configuration and updating of job descriptions. Manage the annual performance appraisal processes. Oversee performance review compliance.
+ Provide Customer Service, Communication, and Training on all HRIS systems. Troubleshoot system issues as necessary.
+ Supervise assigned HR staff.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
+ Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field
+ Preferred: None
Minimum Years of Experience:
+ Required: Minimum 3-5 years in Human Resources Compensation and HRIS experience.
+ Preferred: Additional HR experience in Benefits, performance management, with prior supervisory experience.
License, Registry or Certification:
+ Required: None
+ Preferred: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
+ Required:
+ Superior analytical/statistical skills and the ability to handle multiple large assignments and projects simultaneously are essential
+ Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
+ Excellent organization, presentation and communication skills
+ Computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google –Excel/Sheets, Word and Power Point/Slides
+ Preferred:
+ Experience with HR/Payroll, Timekeeping, Scheduling and Performance Management systems
+ Business Intelligence/workforce analytics reporting
