Northrop Grumman CIO Classified Solutions is seeking a Manager Computer Systems Analysis 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future.  This position will be located in Dulles, VA, and will require the selected candidate to work on-site, full-time, at our Dulles, VA campus. As the functional manager, the successful candidate will bring a strong management approach with the ability to also understand technical details and lead this important service offering; the selected candidate will provide day to day hands on administration of the classified IT infrastructure.  This position requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills with a focus on program management in order to deliver, as it is a geographically dispersed team of systems administrators, network engineers, and desktop technicians.  An ability to interface with all levels of management is important. Additional responsibilities will include interfacing with sector CIOs, their staff, sector program managers, and executive leadership; developing program plans and milestones and successfully delivering on them; ensuring processes are documented and followed; and ensuring services remain available and relevant to our customers.

Basic Qualifications:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in addition to 7 years of experience (with a Master's) or 9 years of experience (with a Bachelor's).

Candidates must have a current DoD Top Secret/SCI level security clearance (at a minimum), to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years, or must be enrolled in the DoD Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP), in order to be considered; the required security clearance must be maintained as a condition of continued employment. Additionally, the selected candidate will be required to obtain and maintain a DoD polygraph as a condition of continued employment.

The ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance will be a condition of continued employment.

Strong leadership qualities including excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.

Minimum 3 years’ project management experience.

Experience directing the day to day activities of IT professionals.

Ability to travel to other Northrop Grumman sites, including the West coast.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing technologies.

Familiarity with NISPOM, RMF, and JSIG standards.

Experience performing operations in an Agile framework.

Experience giving technical presentations to technical and non-technical attendees.

Experience providing surge support to other programs as needed.

Active vendor-based IT certification. 

Experience performing systems administration of Windows or Linux servers and/or experience building and maintaining networks utilizing Cisco technologies.

Active Security+ CE, CASP, CISSP, or similar DoD 8570 IAM Level I or II security certification.

Salary Range: $138,100.00 - $207,100.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
