Manages teams of technicians responsible for day-to-day construction of copper and fiber cables which includes placing and splicing
activities such as the installation, turn-up and maintenance, rearrangement,
and/or removal of Outside Plant (OSP). Manager is responsible for managing technicians’ safety, attendance, productivity, and leading daily work activities. Managers have field responsibilities including observing work operations for quality and safety. Manager is also responsible for ensuring technicians training is current and providing coaching as required.

Our Manager-Construction & Engineering, earns between $96,000.00-$144,000.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
