As a Contracts Manager - Manager Level 2 (Mid-Level Manager), located in Dulles, VA you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This role is to supervise a team of three (3) direct reports and directly supporting a portfolio in the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Operating Unit.
Our Contracts Manager will be responsible for leading, strategizing and conducting proposal preparation, contract negotiations and administration and customer contact activities. You will ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal and customer requirements.

Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
