Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector is seeking a Manager, Contract Administration 2 to lead our Contracts Coordinator organization, supporting the contract setup activities for Baltimore programs. This position will be on-site, at our Linthicum, Maryland location.
What You Will Get To Do:
This Manager position will lead the Contracts Coordinator group in support of reading, analyzing, inputting, and modifying a broad range of contracts into the SAP system. The successful candidate will work closely on a day-to-day basis with the Contracts Coordinators, Program teams, and the Director of Contracts and Pricing Operations.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing a staff of 10 personnel at a variety of locations
Metrics reporting
Providing training to staff
Addressing a wide variety of Contracts data elements.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have ability to work independently, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of industry related experience working in Contracts Administration or related field or 6 years with a Master’s degree
Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
Contracts Administration in a FAR/DFARS environment
Background in DoD contracting, prior experience with the USG and/or major defense contractor customers
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated 1+ year(s) of leadership or supervisor experience
Familiarity with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) tool such as SAP
Prior experience presenting and negotiating to all levels of management.
Experience with development contracts, Production, Sustainment, and OTA’s
Experience with international contracts
10 years working federal government contracts or like industry

Salary Range: $123,400.00 - $185,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
