Key success areas include: 1. Project Ownership: Take full ownership of all projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and on budget. 2. Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement streamlined processes tailored to the team's dynamic needs, enhancing efficiency and reducing turnaround times. 3. Team Synergy: Build a unified approach by collaborating closely with creative, traffic, and client servicing teams to foster a cohesive working environment. 4. Performance Metrics: Establish clear KPIs and benchmarks to track project success, reporting progress regularly to senior leadership. The role of the Project Manager is integral to driving successful project outcomes and fostering collaboration across teams. As we onboard FAB as a major client, the Project Manager will oversee complex workflows, ensure smooth project execution, and maintain alignment between client needs and team deliverables. With more than 25 creatives to coordinate within CATS, this role demands strategic planning, meticulous execution, and strong communication to meet growing demands while upholding our standards of excellence. **Responsibilities** 1. Project Planning: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal capacity. 2. Task Prioritization: Set priorities for project tasks and milestones, ensuring team members remain focused on high-impact work. 3. Resource Coordination: Work closely with the traffic team to allocate resources effectively and balance workloads across projects. 4. Risk Management: Anticipate potential obstacles, develop contingency plans, and implement solutions promptly to avoid disruptions. 5. Client Communication: Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, updating them on project status, milestones, and any changes. 6. Team Coordination: Facilitate regular check-ins with team members to ensure progress and address concerns or roadblocks. 7. Reporting: Create and present project reports that include progress updates, risk analysis, and key insights to stakeholders. 8.
