Principal Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end customer experience from journey development to serving premium banking customer on their lifestyle and card benefit related requests From time to time review and enhance customer serving model, lifestyle privilege and implement card product feature in response to the market landscape and customer needsWork closely with internal stakeholders including Bank Relationship Manger and Contact Center to collectively serve the customers with all-rounded servicesParticipate in new product development with end to end exposure from project planning , management to delivery. Support manager in PL management, requirement scoping, vendor negotiation and risk clearance.Support day-to-day business tasks including but not limited to cost control and monitoring, competitor review and internal compliance and risk stewards clearance when required
