The Manager Customer Migration – Global is your opportunity to join a truly dynamic global team that plays an integral part in key enterprise-wide transformation and integration projects, within our Global Customer Partnerships (GCP) organisation. As the workstream Program Manager, you will be supporting the Director, of Customer Migration in delivering a seamless migration experience for our key customer portfolio. This role covers a wide spectrum of project tasks from client integrations to technology and operational transformations, always championing the customer at every opportunity. At any time, you may be required to be Client facing, engaging with Senior Leaders, or working to a solution on the sophisticated details of a process.
What You´ll Do on a Typical Day:
Prioritising, crafting, and maintaining project plans to provide
visibility of the project milestones and progress
alignment of roles and responsibilities, and workstream Governance
delivery of project objectives.
Managing the architecture and content of centrally housed project data and building reporting and communication structures to ensure all collaborator can access accurate real-time information.
Empowered to lead the project performance, while ensuring project status, achievements, changes, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies are clearly communicated
Actioning effective escalation processes to drive decisions and outcomes.
Engaging with a wide variety of partners to define and supervise progress against key project achievements, clearly articulating accountability.
Championing the customer in every conversation to ensure all workstreams are delivering the best solution for GBT and the Customer
Identifying dependencies and collaboration opportunities between workstreams to remove silos and improve efficient working practices.
Effective communication, taking sophisticated detail and translating to consumable information.
What We’re Looking for:
Project/Program management experience, with proven track record to deliver results
Proficiency in project management software such as Smartsheet/MS Project/MS Office applications for reports, data analysis, and PowerPoint presentations, is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including leading across multiple geographies, functions & time zones.
Excellent communication skills, including confident presentation skills
Ability to take sophisticated information, present in an appropriate manner and level of detail, for consumption by a wide and varied range of stake holders
Ability to influence areas of the organisation, not under your direct authority
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision makers using data-driven insights and customer impact analysis. To establish positive working relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organisation, articulating accountability.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to effectively respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines. Innovative and creative thinking
Detail-oriented with a proven history as a self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction, manage multiple priorities and to adapt quickly to change.
Knowledge and experience of the Corporate Travel Industry and travel operations, a plus
