Northrop Grumman Space Systems has an opening for a Manager Cybersecurity to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and supporting the Advanced Programs.

The Classified Solutions Cybersecurity Manager will lead a fast-paced, geographically dispersed program team of 10 - 15 individual contributors and work with other cybersecurity

managers as part of a larger nationwide cybersecurity team. This role is responsible for managing and sustaining all aspects of Cybersecurity Risk mitigation, monitoring, and

scanning solutions for Sentinel’s Enterprise Infrastructure to ensure program cyber compliance across one or more ATO (Authorization to Operate). A diverse classified information

systems security background is required, including the Intelligence Community assessment and authorization process (ICD-503), Special Access Programs (JSIG) and DoD

collateral (NISPOM and DAAPM) processes. This role will report directly to the Classified Solutions Cybersecurity Senior Manager and is expected to

•           Drive execution of the Digital Ecosystem Cybersecurity Strategy as outlined by the Digital Ecosystem Cyber Element Lead, supporting Sentinel and Advanced Programs Classified Solutions initiatives

•           Motivate the team and deliver against the Digital Ecosystem’s Cybersecurity Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, and Agile Work Breakdown Structure objectives.

•           Maintain a cyber program that effectively addresses customer requirements and incorporates the necessary internal and external organizations

•           Identify, allocate and manage cyber resources, including workforce planning

•           Deliver presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders

•           Identify, distribute, track, and complete program requirements as required

•           Ensure environments remain compliant and all associated systems/networks achieve and maintain formal accreditation authorizations from government agencies.

•           Foster an environment for individual development, teamwork, effective performance management, open communication, financial management, and utilization

•           Ensure the team follows Northrop Grumman and the Cyber ISS organizations policies and procedures, making sure that all information is accurate and complete in support of those policies and procedures

•           Support the formal Security Assessment process required by the company or government customer

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.  This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Basic Qualifications:

Master’s degree with 8 years of Information Systems Security experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 10 years Information Systems Security experience is requiredMust have work experience in the one (or more) of the following areas: Department of Defense Special Access Programs (DoD SAP), and / or Sensitive CompartmentedInformation (SCI) programsMust have a current DoD 8570 IAM Level III security certification (examples: CISM, GSLC, CCISO, CISSP) in order to be considered for this contract.Candidates must have a current DOD Secret security clearance (at a minimum) to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years OR must be enrolled in theDOD Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP), in order to be consideredMust have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as condition of continued employmentMaintain a cyber program that effectively addresses customer requirements and incorporates the necessary internal and external organization

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, or similar STEM related discipline, to include 8 years of ISSO/ISSM experience withRMFDiverse classified information systems security / information assurance backgroundPrior experience managing program teams and effortsPrior experience communicating with customer and program leadership

Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
