Drive implementation of Data Controls for the Bank across Businesses / functionsWill be responsible for running data governance forums including country data executive councilWill be responsible for working across multiple Businesses / functions compiling red flags associated with data compliance risk for India Senior management

Literacy

Support the India DAO Head in sharing data best practices with cluster marketsHelp develop content and training materials for basic data foundational trainingsParticipate and moderate India data enablement forumsCascade best practices to cluster countries.

Unlock

Will be coordinating and participating in POCs run by DAO for data themes

Key skills sought

Technical

Knowledge, past experience in handling data, data sets along with familiarity with data tools will be good to havePast background into BI / Reporting / Visualization / business analyticsExposure to programming languages like python, R or data tools like Alteryx as well as Qliksense will be needed.

Core competency

Critical thinking, problem solving Eye for detailBusiness analytics, proven experience of hands on working with DataAbility to spot and execute improvement opportunities in data domainProgram management, ability to influence key stakeholdersDrive collaboration in a matrixed organisation
