This role is an exciting chance to join our newly launched travel media network, Kinective Media℠ by United Airlines. At Kinective Media, we believe in creating meaningful connections between travelers and brands through utilizing our award-winning loyalty program, MileagePlus. By leveraging insights from travel behaviors of over 165 million annual United flyers, Kinective Media connects customers to personalized, real-time advertising, content, experiences and offers from leading brands. We provide marketers with unparalleled opportunities to engage with their target audiences across various channels, including our award-winning mobile app and Inflight entertainment screens and more, pre, during, and post journey.

The Manager of Data Strategy and Measurement will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data and insights as the driving force for growth across our entire ecosystem. This position will focus on establishing and cultivating partnerships to build and enhance the technology spine for Kinective. As a manager, you will lead and support the strategy for tech partnerships, fostering relationships, leading negotiation and integration planning and overall partnership management. This role demands a strategic visionary with an eye for detail, dedicated to creating immersive and personalized experiences for our United customers while achieving scale through our data and measurement partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a clear strategy for our data and measurement partnerships and source opportunities that support the commercial and product strategiesIdentify and evaluate collaboration opportunities that align with organizational goals and drive business growthLead negotiations and establish partnership agreements, defining terms, expectations to ensure a mutually beneficial and successful collaborationPresent business context, data flows, technology overviews, and privacy considerations to partner business, product and legal teamsCollaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for partner growth, maximizing value from partnersManage and evaluate partners to ensure we are utilizing services contracted and understanding the value we are receiving from each partnerCollaborate closely with Legal, PF&A and other teams to ensure adherence to all relevant rules, regulations and data privacy requirements

NOTE: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement including approximately 50% of the time spent onsite at either our New York City or Chicago office location. Approximately 30% travel.

The salary for this position is $91,800 to $134,640, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule. Bonus Eligible: Yes
