Manager Data Systems and Reporting PB
MANAGER DATA SYSTEMS AND REPORTING PB WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? This role will be responsible for designing and generating weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to support the unit's or division's sales, service and financial activities. Develops and creates customized databases to accommodate the information needs of the unit or division. Anticipates short-term and long-term information requirements and directs the development of reports to accommodate current and anticipated needs. This individual must be able to access and interpret data to produce analytical models for management as required. What you will do Reporting: Design and develop standardized operational, management, and ad hoc reports in collaboration with business leaders; manage, analyze and verify data from all sources to ensure data integrity. Serve as a resource person in areas of data management and reporting; performs special projects and other duties as assigned. Create and maintain procedural guidelines for the generation of departmental reporting. Systems: Produce results by defining, delivering and supporting department systems, and auditing their application. Manage department systems permissions; ensuring all staff has the correct access to the various systems. Maintain manuals and/or user guides up to date. Evaluate the department’s technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades. Enhance information systems’ results by identifying technology opportunities and developing application strategies. Ensure that the various systems or programs are being efficient and that the requirements are met for operational, procedural and regulatory processes. Management: Develop and manage staff to monitor technology and oversee policies and procedures of the department. Provide training and necessary assistance for the employees involved in implementation and maintenance of various systems. Manage up to 6 colleagues Accomplish results by communicating job expectations; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Project Management: Lead the planning and implementation of various projects, facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, and define project tasks and resource requirements. Manage project resource allocation, plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables using appropriate tools, provide direction and support to project team. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project, present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions, implement and manage project changes, project evaluations and assessment of results. Responsible and accountable for appropriate quality controls related to the financial products the bank provides, the services the bank delivers, the processes employed and the incentives with which colleagues are awarded. Must-Have* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role required Minimum 3 years of project management experience Skills and Knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of an organization Work in a structured team environment on task and timeline driven work. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Strong management, leadership and mentoring skills. Thorough understanding of "business needs analysis" process and how system requirements relate to daily business operations. Compensation Starting base salary: $92,114 - $156,880 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
