The Manager-Diagnostic Imaging manages the daily operations through close interaction with colleagues, staff, physicians, nursing personnel and medical offices. Responsible for development and implementation of on-site operations, which are integrated and consistent with the regional delivery system. On site responsibilities: Provides leadership, management and direction for all services within Diagnostic Imaging. Coordinates operational activities of the department to achieve goals and objectives. Serves as a catalyst and mentor for motivating productivity, innovation, high employee engagement and commitment to the organization. Develops, monitors and effectively regulates departmental budgets. May also have oversight of the satellite clinical imaging sites.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare Administration or Radiology. Or equivalent educ/experience Coursework/Training Graduate of an ACR Certified Radiologic Technology Training Program. Upon hire: Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Or Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or Upon hire: National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board 5 years Clinical experience working as a radiologic technologist, nuclear medicine technologist, or ultrasound technologist. 2 years In a supervisory capacity in a Radiology department.Preferred Qualifications:
