Job Summary (Major Purpose of the Role):

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive the organization's digital marketing strategy, leveraging product marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and channel optimization to enhance brand visibility and accelerate growth. Your role will involve leading our email marketing strategy to maximize product exposure, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives. You will also be responsible for continuously evaluating and improving our digital marketing capabilities to capitalize on new opportunities and optimize performance. Expertise in both B2B and DTC marketing will be critical in tailoring strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.Oversee the management of marketing databases, ensuring the effective deployment of campaigns across multiple channels.Design and implement marketing strategies for both B2B and DTC audiences, aligning with business goals and market dynamics.Email Marketing Leadership:Strategize, create, and implement email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.Lead the execution of email marketing automation, including list segmentation, A/B and multivariate testing, and campaign scheduling.Lead Generation & Customer Retention:Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation through targeted digital campaigns, content marketing, and inbound marketing tactics.Optimize customer retention by creating personalized marketing campaigns that foster loyalty and repeat business.Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improving customer retention and reducing churn.Project Management:Lead and manage marketing projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product management, sales and IT, to ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Continuously assess project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.Performance Analytics:Measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize ROI and KPIs.Identify emerging trends and implement strategies to enhance marketing spend efficiency and campaign effectiveness.Growth & Innovation:Collaborate with internal teams to devise innovative growth strategies for both existing and new products.Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests to drive continuous improvement.Stay abreast of emerging technologies, providing thought leadership on potential adoption to maintain a competitive edge.Collaboration & Vendor Management:Work closely with agencies and vendor partners to execute marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.Partner with the Director of Marketing to strategize, launch, and test acquisition and activation initiatives.Budget Management:Monitor and manage project and brand budgets, ensuring all marketing activities are on track and aligned with financial goals.

Competencies:

HubSpot Expertise: Proven proficiency in using HubSpot for campaign management and performance analysis.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and guiding direct reports and cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.Digital Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including best practices and emerging trends.Growth Mindset: A positive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.Salesforce: A general understanding of salesforce is a plus

Reporting Relationships:

This position has one direct report and involves significant collaboration across team members and the organization.

Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in managing various marketing databases and tools.

 Pursuant to New York law, Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare provides a salary range in job advertisements. The salary range for this role is from $107,600.00 to $134,000.00 per year. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as the applicant’s experience, specialization, education, as well as the company’s requirements. The provided salary range does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits which may be offered to the applicant, if eligible according to the company’s policies.
