But more importantly, you work for the good of your career, your family, your community, and your world. **Job Summary** The Warranty and Quality Systems Manager will oversee one of the most exciting transformational projects within Caterpillar over the coming years. As the manager you will drive strategic change as we migrate our legacy capabilities to modernized cloud solutions. In addition, you will manage the day-to-day operations of 15+ applications supporting our dealers, internal product teams, and quality engineers across the company. **What You Will Do:** In this role you will manage the team responsible for a suite of applications supporting Caterpillar’s Warranty, Quality and Product Support applications. The incumbent will oversee successful service delivery and maintenance of this suite as well as a multi-year roadmap to modernize to cloud based technologies in alignment with Caterpillar’s strategic direction. A successful candidate will need to be able to work effectively with staff, 3rd party providers, and business partners. He or She will need a strong understanding of business processes, ability to drive change and system improvements, and the ability to provide prudent oversight for successful compliance measures including Sarbanes Oxley controls. **What You Have:** + Requires a relevant degree and strong progressively complex IT experience, generally gained through staff, project management or supervisory assignments in Information Services + Experience with project management or team lead role with customer and IS organizations + Knowledge of mainframe and AWS cloud technologies + Experience in managing data and developing Business Intelligence reporting solutions + Requires general understanding of basic business operations and knowledge of company products, and product applications + Must have a strong customer focus, and have dealer and/or customer experience + Ability to work with diversified departments within larger service centers and larger business units + Effective oral and written communications skills **What You Will Get:** Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
