As the manager you will drive strategic change as we migrate our legacy capabilities to modernized cloud solutions. In addition, you will manage the day-to-day operations of 15+ applications supporting our dealers, internal product teams, and quality engineers across the company. **What You Will Do:** In this role you will manage the team responsible for a suite of applications supporting Caterpillar’s Warranty, Quality and Product Support applications. The incumbent will oversee successful service delivery and maintenance of this suite as well as a multi-year roadmap to modernize to cloud based technologies in alignment with Caterpillar’s strategic direction. A successful candidate will need to be able to work effectively with staff, 3rd party providers, and business partners. He or She will need a strong understanding of business processes, ability to drive change and system improvements, and the ability to provide prudent oversight for successful compliance measures including Sarbanes Oxley controls. **What You Have:** + Requires a relevant degree and strong progressively complex IT experience, generally gained through staff, project management or supervisory assignments in Information Services + Experience with project management or team lead role with customer and IS organizations + Knowledge of mainframe and AWS cloud technologies + Experience in managing data and developing Business Intelligence reporting solutions + Requires general understanding of basic business operations and knowledge of company products, and product applications + Must have a strong customer focus, and have dealer and/or customer experience + Ability to work with diversified departments within larger service centers and larger business units + Effective oral and written communications skills **What You Will Get:** Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
